1. General Shipping Information
We ship products to customers within Thailand and selected international destinations. Shipping is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk orders, customized products, or special orders may require additional processing time of up to 5-7 business days.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been placed.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days within Thailand.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days within Thailand.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times are approximate and subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

5. International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties and customs clearance.
- We are not liable for any shipping delays.
6. Order Tracking
- Once an order has been placed, a tracking number will be sent via email.
- Customers may track their shipment using the provided tracking number through our designated carrier’s website.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Refunds for undeliverable packages are subject to our return policy.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Customers must record an unboxing video for each product. In case of damage, they must submit the unboxing video as proof, as photographs alone will not be accepted.
- For lost shipments, we will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package is deemed lost, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.
