Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Custom-made, special-order items, and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@localhost within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide the order number and reason for return.
  • Await approval before shipping the product back to our designated return address.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Ship the product using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking details.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges only for defective or wrong items. The exchanged items must be intact.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or bulk orders

6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • Born High LLC LTD is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs clearance delays, strikes, or carrier-related issues.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.

8. DISCLAIMER

The Company reserves the right to cancel the order and restore all goods and services to the customer to resolve conflicts.

The Company reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the terms and conditions specified in this Return Policy.

The Company reserves the right to modify/revise the terms and conditions of this return policy without prior notice.
